Notice of a Personal Data Breach

We are informing you of a breach involving personal data processed by companies within the Van der Vorm Group:

VDV Poland Novum Living Sp. z o.o. – the owner of the Trio property in Kraków,
Van der Vorm Poland Sp. z o.o. – the owner of the Steampark and Krakusa properties in Kraków, as well as the Siedmiogrodzka and La Praga properties in Warsaw,
Van der Vorm Poland Residential 2 Sp. z o.o. – the owner of the Greendustry property in Kraków,
Van der Vorm Poland Residential 3 Sp. z o.o. – the owner of the Siennicka property in Warsaw,
Van der Vorm Poland Residential 1 Sp. z o.o. – the owner of the properties on Szwedzka and Solidarności Streets in Warsaw.

The breach affected personal data processed in the SON 3 system, provided by System Obsługi Najmu sp. z o.o.
