The complex is located at 6a Romanowicza Street in the heart of Krakow's Zablocie district, bordering Stary Podgórze and the Vistula River. This area of the city is also home to our stylish residential building on Krakusa Street.

Details

Greendustry offers 128 apartments, including several duplexes. All apartments have balconies, terraces or gardens. Premium apartments are also unique, with a large terrace and a ceiling no less than 3 meters high! The building's architecture is inspired by the industrial history of the Zablocie district. The apartments are finished and equipped in loft style with lots of glass, wood and metal details.

Greenery has been especially carefully designed at the estate - from the children's playground to the green promenade on the roof. Green corners, terraces and green patios will be created everywhere. Also in the common interior spaces there will be carefully selected plants. The building is designed to meet the needs of sustainable and convenient lifestyles - charging points for electric scooter bicycles or cars, a (high) garage, cooled parcel storage boxes have been prepared. The development also features a reception desk.

Construction of the Greendustry development is still underway. Greendustry will be completed in two phases, by the end of 2023 and Phase II by the end of 2024.

The centerpiece of the emerging Zablocie neighborhood is Oskar Schindler's factory. All kinds of alternative stores, galleries, new trendy restaurants and modern bistros and cafes in former warehouses are nearby.
