Trio

Trio Krakow is a complex of three, modernly designed residential buildings in the heart of Krakow. The complex is relatively new - it was commissioned in December 2019. Like the other estate, Van der Vorm Living, it offers the highest comfort for residents, an excellent level of service and numerous activities for residents at Trio Krakow. This estate is distinguished by beautiful green indoor areas for recreation, where residents can enjoy an outdoor gym, a playground and a garden.

The complex has 139 student apartments and 152 apartments for long-term rental. Most of the apartments are fully furnished. There is a garage for 155 vehicles under the development. We offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 26 to 100 sqm, all with private balconies or terraces.

Student rooms/studios are available in sizes from 14 to 23 sqm. They are fully equipped, have a kitchenette and a private bathroom. There are several room options to choose from - student, student 1+1 and comfort studios. Student rooms have a large common garden, laundry room and a room - living room - for studying and meetings.

Location

The Trio estate has an excellent location in the very center of the city. The Old Town can be reached on foot - a 10-minute walk. Not far from the estate is the Main Railway Station (Krakow Glowny), not far from the buildings of the University.
